Community Engagement SpecialistSarah Jareczek (she/her)
Sarah Jareczek joined IFHC in July of 2021 as the Community Outreach Specialist. Her specialty is content creation and community-based education. Sarah’s work includes educational literature, social media engagement, and material distribution in what she describes as an all-out effort to give everyone the tools they need to advocate for housing rights. Sarah graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-Ethnic Studies which is where her housing justice advocacy began. She has volunteered with countless nonprofit organizations around the treasure valley and considers her time at IFHC to be the most meaningful thing she has pursued in her lifetime.
In her free time, Sarah can be found getting into nature, reading books or playing board games with her pets and her husband, and searching for the best bottle of hot sauce.
