2012 to 2018, Idaho’s Protections: Discrimination Against Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

Since 2012 the following Idaho cities have enacted ordinances prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity: Boise, Bellevue, Coeur d’Alene, Driggs, Hailey, Idaho Falls, Ketchum, Lewiston, Meridian, Moscow, Pocatello, Sandpoint and Victor. Twin Falls has an ordinance prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation only.
